A few years ago, dreamslide inventor Jean-Marc Gobillard, a boardsports enthusiast who was disappointed in the performance of rollerblades, decided to design a product that would combine the feel of boardsports with the performance of a good bicycle.
He envisaged a product that would be used in a standing position to achieve sensations similar to skiing, rollerblading, surfing, etc.—sports where you shift your weight and sway from side to side to change direction.
The result was the dreamslide: a compact, lightweight cycle with extremely good handling properties, providing the pleasure and feel of boardsports as well as amazing performance thanks to the Adaptive Pedalling System (APS), its revolutionary pedalling system.
